Sharon Roose has been instrumental in the field of Title for over 20 years.  Her father had a chain of Escrow companies in the San Fernando Valley and Sharon quickly became  well-versed in all aspects.  She worked 7 years in Escrow, gaining knowledge in all aspects of Real Estate; thus creating the foundation to catapult her to the top of her field.  Her clients trust her as a vauled friend and trusted liaison.

Sharon is joined by her son, Mark Stipkovich.  He is a graduate of the University of San Diego, with a BS in Finance and Marketing.  Mark is technically savvy and regularly attends business seminars to keep abreast of new products, market conditions and changing rules in the Title Industry.
